• Supporting patient consultations and treatment follow ups.
• Following up outstanding treatment plans and unscheduled patients.
• Assisting with patient finance queries where required.
• Managing patient care communication before and after appointments.
• Liaising with clinicians and practice management throughout the day.
• Supporting diary management and short-notice appointment filling.
• Logging and tracking laboratory work.
• Informing patients of delays and supporting patient comfort.
• Cashing up and balancing end‑of‑day accounts.
