Mint Dental Clinic is recruiting a Front of House Receptionist / Patient Coordinator in London. You will be the first and last point of contact, creating a warm, professional, and well-organised patient experience while guiding patients through their journey.

The role offers clear progression into Treatment Coordinator responsibilities, supporting patients through complex treatment journeys and helping them understand fees, options, and timelines.

Qualifications

• Front of house and patient coordination experience in private dentistry.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with patients.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong phone manner and customer service skills.
• GDC registration as a dental nurse would be an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and check patients into the practice.
• Check patients out after appointments and take payments.
• Arrange future appointments and explain next steps before leaving.
• Manage telephone, email and online enquiries from patients.
• Coordinate appointments across clinicians and treatment areas.
• Maintain accurate patient records and admin information.
• Handle sensitive conversations calmly and professionally.
• Follow up patients for further appointments or information.
