You will be at the heart of the practice, supporting clinicians, answering queries, and helping patients choose between private and NHS options.

Your clear communication and IT skills will help bookings run smoothly and ensure a positive patient journey from arrival to treatment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused role.
• Strong communication skills, face-to-face and on the phone.
• Confidence using IT systems to manage bookings and records.
• Proactive and flexible approach to support the team.
• Genuine passion for delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet patients in person and over the phone.
• Diary & appointment management including bookings and cancellations.
• Explain processes and treatment options; support payments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
• Handle concerns and complaints with empathy.
• Support clinicians and the Practice Manager to ensure smooth patient journey.
