Job summary

PSR Solutions are recruiting a Demolition Project Manager to join their production team on a permanent basis, overseeing demolition projects across the West Midlands and nationwide. The role requires SMSTS CSCS / Gold Card, proven demolition project experience, a strong site presence and hands-on leadership, plus a valid driving licence.

The position offers a company vehicle, pension, 28 days holiday and training and development.

Job DescriptionPSR Solutions are working with an established client within the Demolition Sector to recruit a Demolition Project Manager to Join their Production team on a permanent basis. This role will be working across Demolition Projects across the West Midlands and Nationwide.

Demolition Project Manager Roles and Responsibilities

• Evaluating the site and structure to determine the best demolition approach, including identifying potential hazards and environmental concerns.
• Developing comprehensive safety protocols and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Obtaining all necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
• Developing and implementing plans for the safe and efficient removal and disposal or recycling of demolition waste.
• Creating and managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
