Job summary

Resourcing Group seeks a Demolition Project Manager in the Barrow-in-Furness area to lead on-site teams, manage subcontractors and ensure safe, on-time project delivery within budget. The role requires a CCDO ticket, SMSTS and extensive demolition experience.

Responsibilities include programming, client liaison, and overseeing a small crew including machine drivers and stripping works. This is a permanent role with salary and package commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• CCDO ticket and SMSTS required or equivalent demolition qualifications.
• Experience overseeing site teams and subcontractors in demolition.
• Strong health and safety focus and client-facing skills.
