Job summary

Resourcing Group is seeking a Demolition Project Manager for projects in the South region. You will oversee the site team and trades/subcontractors, manage health and safety, liaise with clients, and handle programming and budgeting to deliver on time within budget.

A demolition background and ideally a CCDO ticket and SMSTS are preferred, with hands-on site management of operatives. This is a permanent role with salary and package.

Qualifications

Job description

Demolition Project Manager required to join demolition contractor for projects covering the south area. The Demolition Project Manager will ideally have a CCDO ticket, SMSTS etc and come from a demolition background / experience. Demolition Project Manager duties to include but not limited to: overseeing site team, overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, client facing, programming, commercially aware, ensuring project delivery on time within budget and necessary paperwork. overseeing a small gang of operatives including machine drivers, strip works, ripping out internals, sorting demolition debris, assisting trades on site and any other associated tasks.
