Job summary

Synergy Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Working Site Supervisor – Demolition for a Northallerton project. You will oversee the site from mobilisation to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and in accordance with programme.

The role requires proven demolition supervision experience, a CSCS Gold Card, SSSTS and First Aid qualifications, plus strong organisational and communication skills to manage labour and site operations on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, ideally within demolition.
• CSCS Gold Card or above.
• SSSTS & First Aid.
• Essential demolition experience is a must.
• Strong knowledge of site health & safety.
• Ability to manage labour and site operations.
• Confident running a project independently from mobilisation through to completion.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
