Job summary

Resourcing Group seeks a Demolition Project Manager in the Barrow-in-Furness area to lead on-site teams, manage subcontractors and ensure safe, on-time project delivery within budget. The role requires a CCDO ticket, SMSTS and extensive demolition experience.

Responsibilities include programming, client liaison, and overseeing a small crew including machine drivers and stripping works. This is a permanent role with salary and package commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

Job description

Demolition Project Manager required to join demolition contractor based in the Barrow In Furness area. The Demolition Project Manager will ideally have a CCDO ticket, SMSTS etc and come from a demolition background / experience. Demolition Project Manager duties to include but not limited to: overseeing site team, overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, client facing, programming, commercially aware, ensuring project delivery on time within budget and necessary paperwork. overseeing a small gang of operatives including machine drivers, strip works, ripping out internals, sorting demolition debris, assisting trades on site and any other associated tasks. The Demolition Project Manager role is permanent and will come with salary and package.
