The restaurant serves modern British dishes, with seasonal menus and dining from 6.30 to 8.30 pm. Accommodation is available and a competitive service charge applies.

Qualifications

• Candidate at Commis Chef level or higher with experience in high-quality kitchens.
• Solid training in classics and modern techniques.
• Looking to advance in a professional but laid-back kitchen.
