Job summary

Goldenkeys is recruiting a Demi Chef De Partie for a stunning 5 Star hotel in Surrey. You’ll work mainly in the 2 AA Rosette restaurant under an Executive Head Chef, with scope to gain Banqueting Kitchen experience and develop towards Chef De Partie level.

Salary currently £32,947 per annum plus service charge, with affordable staff accommodation, relocation help, staff hotel rates, 50% food & drink discount, free meals on duty, gym access and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-end kitchen environment (1–3 AA Rosette) preferred.
• Strong fundamental cooking skills and a great attitude.
• Keen to learn and progress within a luxury hotel brigade.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Chef De Partie with the day-to-day running of your section.
• Preparing and cooking dishes to 2 AA Rosette standards with consistency and attention to detail.
• Working with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients with a focus on sustainability.
• Gaining additional experience in the hotel’s Banqueting Kitchen when required.
• Sharing knowledge with Commis Chefs and contributing to a positive kitchen environment.
