Job summary

Chef Results Limited seeks a Chef de Partie and a Demi Chef de Partie to join a highly regarded restaurant in the UK. You will work alongside the chef patron to craft modern British dishes using seasonal, locally sourced produce for lunch and dinner tasting menus, including Sunday lunches.

Applicants should have prior experience in a fine dining kitchen, ideally at Michelin standard, and be eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in fine dining, preferably Michelin-standard.

Responsibilities

• Create modern British dishes using locally reared, farmed and foraged produce under guidance of an award-winning chef patron.
• Prepare dishes for lunch and evening tasting menus and Sunday lunches.
• Work with high-quality ingredients to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
