Orchard Care Homes is seeking a Specialist Support Worker (Dementia) in Sunderland. You will support residents with dementia, providing compassionate personal care and helping maintain independence and quality of life within a caring environment.
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is required, with at least 6 months of dementia care experience. The role offers a flexi mix of day and night shifts, with comprehensive training and a supportive team.

An NVQ level 2 (or above) certificate in Health and Social Care is essential for this role along with 6 months minimum experience within a Dementia setting.
