NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is required, with at least 6 months of dementia care experience. The role offers a flexi mix of day and night shifts, with comprehensive training and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a Dementia care setting.
• Empathy, patience and commitment to resident well-being.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Support participation in activities of daily living and leisure activities.

• Receive tailored dementia training to enhance skills.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
