Orchard Care Homes in Middleton, Leeds is seeking a Specialist Support Worker (Dementia) to provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents.

An NVQ level 2 (or above) certificate in Health and Social Care is essential for this role along with 6 months minimum experience within a Dementia setting.
