Are you passionate about data-driven decision-making and turning insights into action? We’re looking for a Demand Planner to join our client's Supply Chain team in West Lothian. This is a key role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate forecasting of customer demand, aligning supply with business growth, and supporting customer satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and maintain a rolling forecast across UK & International Markets
  • Analyse historical sales, market trends, promotional activity, and new product introductions.
  • Lead monthly demand review meetings as part of the S&OP process.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy, identify risks/opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production Planning, Procurement, Finance, and NPI teams.
  • Support inventory optimisation by aligning supply with forecasted demand.
  • Maintain and improve forecasting models, processes, and tools.
  • Provide insights to support strategic decision-making across the business

What we’re looking for:

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or similar.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.
  • Strong background in FMCG, retail, spirits, or manufacturing (preferred).
  • Experience using forecasting systems and supporting the S&OP process.
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence with large datasets.
  • Analytical, detail-focused, and commercially aware with excellent communication skills.
