Global Demand & Integrated Marketing Specialist

Contract: 12 months initially

Location: UK, remote (occasional travel to Berkshire)

Hours: UK hours, but flexible to work US time zones

I am recruiting for my organization, a global industrial manufacturing business. We are looking for an Integrated and Demand Marketing Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

You will impact this role by co-creating and implementing demand generation programs, building end-to-end integrated programs, and managing global campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end integrated marketing programs for end-users, channel partners, and sales teams to drive targets across the marketing funnel.
• Deliver end-user email campaign strategies, including targeted content creation and lead nurturing programs.
• Collaborate with the global paid media team to create paid search and social strategies, focusing on messaging, imagery, CTA, and landing pages to optimize customer journey and reach KPIs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the division team, translating business needs into comprehensive communication briefs for internal and external creative teams.
• Drive project success through planning, timeline management, and stakeholder engagement, including global and regional leaders.
• Lead global reporting for top prioritized countries, ensuring timely updates with key metrics.
• Support campaign performance reviews and share learnings broadly.
• Work closely with regional teams to align activation plans with global KPIs.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience
• Experience in creative brief writing, project, and stakeholder management
• Proven analytical skills (KPI setting, performance tracking) with experience using Salesforce, Adobe/Google Analytics; Eloqua experience is a plus.
