Global Demand & Integrated Marketing Specialist

Contract: 12 months initially

Location: UK, remote (occasional travel to Berkshire)

Hours: UK hours, but flexible to work US time zones

I am recruiting for my organisation, a global industrial manufacturing business. We are looking for an Integrated and Demand Marketing Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

You will impact this role by co-creating and implementing demand generation programs, building end-to-end integrated programs, and managing global campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end integrated marketing programs for our end-users, channel partners, and sales teams to drive targets across the marketing funnel.
• Deliver end-user email campaign strategies, including targeted content creation and lead nurturing programs.
• Collaborate with the global paid media team to create paid search and social strategies, focusing on messaging, imagery, CTA, and landing pages to enhance customer journey and meet KPIs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the division team, translating business needs into comprehensive communication briefs for internal or agency creative teams, facilitating effective messaging and value propositions.
• Drive project success through meticulous planning, timeline management, and proactive stakeholder engagement, including alignment with global and regional leaders and teams.
• Lead the global reporting process for the top 12 countries, providing timely updates on key metrics such as marketing contacts, MQLs, and opportunities.
• Support integrated campaign performance reviews, ensuring timely reporting and sharing of insights.
• Collaborate with regional teams to establish activation plans aligned with global KPIs.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in marketing or related fields.
• Experience in creative brief writing, project, and stakeholder management.
• Proven analytical skills, KPI setting, and tracking performance, with experience using Salesforce, Adobe/Google Analytics, and similar tools. Eloqua experience is a plus.
