Global Demand & Integrated Marketing Specialist

Contract: 12 months initially

Location: UK, remote (occasional travel to Berkshire)

Hours: UK hours, but flexible to work US time zones

I am recruiting for my organisation's global industrial manufacturing business. This is an exciting opportunity for an Integrated and Demand Marketing Specialist to collaborate with innovative and diverse teams worldwide.

You will impact this role by co-creating and implementing demand generation programs, building end-to-end integrated campaigns, and managing global strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end integrated marketing programs for end-users, channel partners, and sales teams to drive targets across the marketing funnel.
• Deliver end-user email campaign strategies, including targeted content creation and lead nurturing programs.
• Collaborate with the global paid media team on paid search and social strategies, including messaging, imagery, CTA, and landing pages to enhance customer journey and meet KPIs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into comprehensive communication briefs for internal or agency creative teams, ensuring messaging resonates with stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines and stakeholder engagement, aligning expectations across global teams and leaders.
• Lead global reporting for top countries, providing monthly updates on key metrics.
• Support campaign performance reviews and share learnings broadly.
• Work with area teams to align activation plans with global KPIs.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in marketing
• Experience in creative brief writing, project, and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Salesforce, Adobe/Google Analytics, and similar tools; Eloqua experience is a plus.
