Global Demand & Integrated Marketing Specialist

Contract: 12 months initially

Location: UK, remote (occasional travel to Berkshire)

Hours: UK hours, flexible to US time zones

This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with innovative and diverse teams worldwide within a global industrial manufacturing business. The successful candidate will co-create and implement demand generation programs, build end-to-end integrated campaigns, and manage global strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop integrated marketing programs targeting end-users, channel partners, and sales teams to drive marketing funnel targets.
• Create targeted email campaigns, including content creation and lead nurturing.
• Coordinate with the global paid media team on paid search and social strategies, messaging, creative assets, and landing pages to enhance customer journeys and meet KPIs.
• Translate business needs into strategic communication briefs for internal or agency creative teams, ensuring messaging resonates with stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations, engaging with global and regional leaders across various functions.
• Lead global reporting for the top 12 countries, providing monthly updates on key metrics.
• Support campaign performance reviews and share learnings broadly.
• Work closely with regional teams to align activation plans with global KPIs.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in marketing or related fields.
• Experience in creative brief development, project, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Salesforce, Adobe/Google Analytics, and similar tools; Eloqua experience is a plus.
