The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority is seeking talented Project Managers to join its Delivery Services team and help deliver major projects and transformation initiatives across the Liverpool City Region.

You will work with senior leaders, service areas, local authority partners and stakeholders to design, develop and deliver projects that modernise services and improve organisational effectiveness.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering projects within a structured project, programme or transformation environment.
• Able to bring structure, organisation and momentum to complex work.
• Comfortable working with a broad range of stakeholders and building collaborative relationships.
• Capable of managing competing priorities whilst maintaining strong governance and control.
• Passionate about delivering projects that benefit the Liverpool City Region and its communities.

Aufgaben

• Lead projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through to delivery and closure.
• Work with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, outcomes and delivery plans.
• Manage project governance, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and benefits.
• Build productive relationships with sponsors, subject matter experts and delivery teams.
• Support organisational transformation, service improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of project delivery capability across the organisation.
