Job summary

Liverpool City Region Combined Authority is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join the Delivery Services team. This is a development role offering hands-on experience while working with senior Project Managers and Programme Managers who will mentor and coach your growth through practical delivery experience.

You will lead smaller projects, help plan and monitor risks, build relationships with stakeholders, and support governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting project delivery, programme support, PMO activity, or change initiatives.
• Strong organisation, planning and delivery skills with ability to manage priorities.
• Good collaboration and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead smaller projects and support larger, more complex initiatives.
• Work with experienced Project Managers and Programme Managers for growth.
• Develop project plans, monitor risks, actions and dependencies, and support governance and reporting.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Support organisational transformation and strategic delivery projects.
• Gain practical delivery experience through mentoring and professional development.
