Job summary

Identify Solutions is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to drive a major public-sector transformation programme. You’ll lead delivery across multiple teams, shape the delivery plan, and challenge existing approaches to improve outcomes.

The role blends consultancy thinking with hands-on delivery leadership, with a largely remote setup and occasional on-site presence in Liverpool. You’ll partner with Product Owners and senior stakeholders to remove blockers, manage risks, and ensure momentum

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading complex digital delivery programmes.
• Experience across Discovery, Alpha, Beta and delivery planning.
• Strong governance and risk management across multiple teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including senior leadership.
• Experience in public sector or GDS is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across multiple teams through Discovery, Alpha and Beta.
• Consolidate delivery plan across wider landscape.
• Maintain momentum, actively tackling risks, issues and dependencies.
• Work closely with Product Owners, delivery teams and senior stakeholders.
• Challenge existing processes and establish better ways of working.
• Advise on capability, commercial and operating model in transformation areas.
