Job summary

Liverpool City Region Combined Authority is seeking a Project Manager to lead major projects across the delivery services team. You will drive initiatives from initiation to closure, coordinating with sponsors and stakeholders to define objectives, scope and delivery plans.

You will manage governance, risks and budgets while supporting organisational transformation. You will work across devolution, digital transformation, service modernisation and transport programmes to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects within a structured project, programme or transformation environment.
• Ability to bring structure, organisation and momentum to complex work.
• Comfortable working with a broad range of stakeholders and building collaborative relationships.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with strong governance and control.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through to delivery and closure.
• Work with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, outcomes and delivery plans.
• Manage project governance, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and benefits.
• Build productive relationships with sponsors, subject matter experts and delivery teams.
• Support organisational transformation, service improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of project delivery capability across the organisation.
