JINGDONG Logistics (JD Logistics) in the United Kingdom is seeking a Delivery Station Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead a team of delivery associates and warehouse staff, and ensure efficient processing and dispatch of packages for JD.COM INTERNATIONAL UK LTD.

You will monitor performance against key metrics, enforce safety and quality standards, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and report findings to management.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, or delivery operations.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes including sorting, scanning, and dispatching.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and improve operational efficiency.
• Experience with WMS and related software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to safety and quality; knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and motivate a team of delivery associates and warehouse staff.
• Manage daily inbound and outbound package flow with accurate sorting, scanning, and loading processes.
• Monitor station performance against key metrics such as on-time delivery and safety compliance.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of package movement and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve issues.
• Prepare and present performance reports to management.
