Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Delivery Station Liaison to join our last-mile network and ensure smooth customer experiences when deliveries go off-schedule.

Based in a delivery warehouse, you will contact customers, coordinate with delivery partners and internal teams to resolve issues and reschedule as needed. You will handle outbound calls, investigate delivery problems, keep records, and follow procedures while protecting data.

Qualifications

• Strong English language skills and experience handling customer queries by phone and email.
• Experience in an administrative support role involving collaboration with internal or external teams.
• Ability to solve problems and generate solutions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to customers
• Investigate and resolve delivery issues, and collaborate with Amazon logistics and delivery partners when needed
• Keep daily, weekly and monthly records of progress with customer queries
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and keep customer data secure
• Assist with internal communications, including giving presentations and contributing to continuous improvement and internal engagement programmes
