Amazon is hiring Delivery Station Liaison Agents to directly contact customers, ensure missed deliveries are re-delivered, and handle inquiries efficiently. You will respond quickly and implement solutions to keep Amazon's last-mile operations running smoothly.

Based at a last-mile warehouse, you will work with warehouse teams, delivery partners, and customers to guide reschedules and resolve issues, contributing to a great customer experience every day.

Qualifications

• Experience handling customer inquiries and delivering solutions.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to customers.
• Investigate and resolve delivery issues with Amazon logistics and delivery partners when needed.
• Keep daily, weekly and monthly records of progress with customer queries.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and keep customer data secure.
• Assist with internal communications, including giving presentations and contributing to continuous improvement and internal engagement programmes.
