Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Delivery Station Liaison Agent to help keep last‑mile operations running smoothly by contacting customers, resolving delivery issues, and coordinating with warehouse teams and delivery partners.

You will work from one of our delivery sites, making outbound calls, recording progress, and following SOPs to protect customer data while providing clear guidance and timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Experience dealing with customer queries via phone and email.
• Administrative support experience collaborating with internal/external teams.
• Experience solving problems related to customer queries or internal processes.
• Advanced proficiency in local language (CEFR C1).

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to customers.
• Investigate and resolve delivery issues, and collaborate with Amazon logistics and delivery partners when needed.
• Keep daily, weekly and monthly records of progress with customer queries.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and keep customer data secure.
• Assist with internal communications, including giving presentations and contributing to continuous improvement and internal engagement programmes.
