Job summary

Amazon’s Delivery Service Liaison role puts you at the heart of last-mile operations. You’ll contact customers directly, resolve delivery issues, and coordinate with warehouse teams and delivery partners to ensure prompt redelivery and clear communication.

Based at one of our last-mile delivery sites, you’ll support daily operations, maintain records, follow procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts while providing an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience handling customer queries by phone and email.
• Experience in an administrative role coordinating with internal/ external teams.
• Ability to resolve problems in customer queries or internal processes.
• Advanced proficiency in the local language (CEFR C1).

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to customers.
• Investigate and resolve delivery issues; collaborate with logistics partners.
• Keep daily, weekly and monthly records of customer queries.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and protect customer data.
• Assist with internal communications and contribute to improvement programs.
