Job summary

Jingdong Logistics is seeking a Delivery Station Supervisor in Coventry to oversee daily operations, supervise a team of delivery associates and warehouse staff, and ensure efficient sorting, loading, and dispatch of packages for JD.com International UK Ltd.

You will monitor performance against key metrics, enforce safety and quality standards, and coordinate with internal and external partners to maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in logistics/warehousing operations.
• Proven ability to analyse data and improve operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of delivery associates and warehouse staff, including training, performance management, and scheduling.
• Manage inbound and outbound package flow, ensuring accurate sorting, scanning, and loading processes.
• Monitor station performance against metrics like on-time delivery, efficiency, and safety compliance.
• Enforce company policies and safety/quality standards; implement process improvements.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of movement and equipment.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and present performance reports to management with improvement recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment at the delivery station.
