Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate delivery associates and warehouse staff, including coaching and scheduling.
• Manage daily inbound and outbound package flow with accurate sorting and loading.
• Monitor station performance against KPIs like on-time delivery and safety compliance.
• Enforce safety, quality control standards, and operating procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions to reduce disruptions.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and package movement.
• Communicate with internal and external partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and present performance reports to management with improvement recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized delivery station environment.
