Job summary

SP Energy Networks, part of the Iberdrola Group, is recruiting a Project Engineer (Delivery) in Llandudno, Wales. The role focuses on delivering safe, reliable and sustainable electricity networks with hybrid working options and a competitive benefits package.

The successful candidate will lead delivery across Operations & Maintenance, Investment Projects or Customer Projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, robust project plans and excellent service to customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Engineering/Professional qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a project delivery role.
• Relevant network construction and operational experience.
• Computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver district business plan outputs in line with financial, regulatory, licence and customer service objectives.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, communities, contractors and stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
• Develop and deliver robust project plans that support district and licence objectives while minimising customer interruptions and disruption to the network.
• Ensure efficient and effective delivery of performance targets such as Customer Minutes Lost and Customer Interruptions.
• Manage project risks, issues and dependencies with appropriate mitigation actions.
• Undertake project and contract management to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality.
