Job summary

SP Energy Networks is seeking a Project Engineer (Delivery) to lead safe, reliable and compliant delivery across Operations & Maintenance, Investment Projects, or Customer Projects in a Hybrid/Flexible role based in Llandudno, Wales. You will drive project plans, manage risks and coordinate with customers and contractors to optimise outcomes.

The role emphasises strong engineering judgement, contractual acumen and a commitment to safety, with a competitive package and clear career progression

Qualifications

• Engineering/Professional qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a project delivery role.
• Relevant network construction and operational experience.
• Computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver district business plan outputs in line with regulatory and licence objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, communities, contractors and stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver robust project plans to support district/licence objectives.
• Manage project risks, issues and dependencies with appropriate mitigations.
• Undertake project and contract management to ensure safe, on-time delivery within budget.
• Drive continual performance improvement through analysis and feedback.
