Job summary

SP Energy Networks is seeking a Project Engineer (Delivery) in Llandudno, Wales. The role focuses on delivering safe, reliable, and sustainable electrical networks, leading delivery across Operations & Maintenance, Investment Projects, or Customer Projects, and ensuring regulatory compliance and excellent customer service.

You will drive project planning, mitigate risks, and coordinate with customers, communities, and contractors to maximise value and performance while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Engineering/Professional qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a project delivery role.
• Relevant network construction and operational experience.
• Computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver district business plan outputs in line with financial, regulatory, licence and customer service objectives.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, communities, contractors and stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver robust project plans that support district and licence objectives while minimising customer interruptions.
• Manage project risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring appropriate mitigation actions are implemented.
• Undertake project and contract management activities to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
