Job summary

ScottishPower is seeking a Project Engineer (Delivery) to leadthe delivery of Operations & Maintenance, Investment Projects, or Customer Projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to regulatory standards. You will build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders while delivering robust project plans with minimal network disruption.

The role requires project management experience, regulatory awareness, contract and commercial acumen, and the ability to balance service

Qualifications

• Experience in a project delivery role.
• Knowledge of regulatory environment including relevant output and incentive mechanisms.
• Construction and maintenance standards up to 33kV.
• Computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver district business plan outputs in line with financial, regulatory, licence and customer service objectives, maximising value through performance and incentive mechanisms.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, communities, contractors and stakeholders to support successful project delivery and positive customer outcomes.
• Develop and deliver robust project plans that support district and licence objectives while minimising customer interruptions and disruption to the network.
• Ensure efficient and effective delivery of performance targets such as Customer Minutes Lost, Customer Interruptions, Broad Measure of Customer Satisfaction, Guaranteed Standards.
• Manage project risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring appropriate mitigation actions are implemented to support successful delivery.
• Undertake project and contract management activities to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
