Job summary
Greggs is seeking a Delivery Performance Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract to join the Digital Channels & Sales Driving team in Newcastle. You will own interpretation of delivery performance across channels, synthesising commercial, customer, operational and partner insights to drive action.
You will collaborate across Finance, Commercial, Marketing, Customer Insight and delivery partners, support Click + Collect performance, and translate complex data into concise recommendations to
Qualifications
- Experience interpreting commercial, financial or operational performance.
- Ability to connect insight from different teams and turn it into a coherent commercial view.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify drivers behind performance.
- Experience with retail, hospitality, digital commerce or delivery platforms is helpful.
Responsibilities
- Own the interpretation of delivery performance by aggregating commercial, customer, operational and partner insights.
- Connect analysis across Finance, Commercial, Marketing, Customer Insight and delivery partners into one clear view.
- Translate complex performance information into concise conclusions, priorities and actions.
- Coordinate cross-functional actions to support the effectiveness of the delivery channel.
