Job summary

Greggs is seeking a PLM Project Support Manager in Newcastle Upon Tyne to coordinate and deliver the PLM portfolio, managing projects, governance, and successful product launches across the business.

You will work with teams across Food & Drink Development, Category, Supply Chain, Operations, Technical, Finance and Marketing to provide project visibility, manage risks, and drive timely delivery of PLM initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience managing PLM or product development projects is advantageous.
• Strong governance, reporting and milestone tracking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support allocated PLM projects by coordinating setup, governance, milestones and risks.
• Produce portfolio insights, reporting and performance analysis to support decision making.
• Own the project review cycle and drive continuous improvement in PLM processes.
• Coach and influence cross-functional teams to adhere to PLM practices.
