Job summary

GBJ FedEx Express UK Transportation Limited is seeking an Operations Support Agent to join a fast-paced team at the Milton facility. You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate deliveries and support freight movements in line with FedEx processes.

The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 06:00–14:30, paid £14.02 per hour with premiums for 7pm–10pm and 10pm–6am hours. Full training and a benefits package are provided to support your development.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls from customers regarding collection requests and delivery queries.
• Sorting and allocating premium and distance deliveries.
• Checking and investigating failed deliveries/collections as needed.
• Prioritising and reallocating failures for next-day delivery.
• Inputting data into the tracking system accurately.
• Maintaining clear communications with the team, managers and other depots.
• Adhering to FedEx processes, procedures and regulatory requirements.
