Job summary

The role requires experience supervising in warehouse or transport, with focus on a customer-driven environment. CPC would be advantageous, and a strong emphasis on health and safety is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of drivers and pickers to achieve daily targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures across the Delivered Department.
• Communicate management information to all relevant team members.
• Promote brand image through product knowledge and customer service.
• Support the delivery manager to keep vehicles roadworthy and compliant.
• Plan and coordinate tasks to ensure timely execution.
