Job summary

Booker is seeking a Transport Supervisor to manage a busy delivery operation, leading drivers and pickers to achieve daily targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.

The role requires experience supervising teams in a transport or warehouse setting, with an emphasis on health and safety and compliance. A Management CPC is advantageous and the company offers a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a small to medium sized team in transport or warehouse
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills
• Management CPC would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of a busy delivery operation
• Lead drivers and pickers to meet daily targets
• Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures
• Promote brand image through product knowledge and service
• Maintain safe working environment and report health & safety concerns
• Support delivery manager to ensure vehicles are roadworthy and compliant
