The Best Connection are seeking an organised Administrator to join our delivery operations team at the Customer Delivery Centre in Follingsby Park, Washington. This is a temporary contract with potential to become permanent.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or customer service roles.
• Strong organisational and record-keeping abilities.
• Good numeracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain accurate customer and delivery information.
• Coordinate with drivers and customers to arrange deliveries.
• Handle telephone calls and communications with drivers and customers.
• Monitor deliveries and help resolve issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate stock and operational records using internal systems.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
