Job summary

Core Highways is seeking a Traffic Management Supervisor for the Nuneaton Depot to lead an operational team, coordinate workload and optimise scheduling for customer delivery. The role focuses on frontline leadership, resource planning and consistent service delivery.

Ideal candidates will have Traffic Management experience, a delivery/customer-service focus, and strong organisational skills with a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have Traffic Management experience.
• Delivery and customer service focused.
• Organised with good attention to detail and ability to solve problems as they arise.
• Able to lead and manage an operational team.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple competing demands in a pressurised delivery environment.
• Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of operatives in a Depot as a first level supervisor/line manager.
• Coordinate resources and scheduling to maximise effectiveness.
• Ensure equipment and job packs are ready for excellent customer management and delivery.
• Communicate resource needs with other Delivery Managers to share resources.
• Drive depot productivity through smart scheduling and multi-job bookings.
