Job summary

Core Highways in Lincoln is seeking a Depot Manager to lead the depot team ensuring safe and efficient delivery of services. You will drive compliance with health and safety standards and manage day-to-day operations at the depot.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in an operational environment.
• Experience in Construction/ utilities/ highways or Traffic Management.
• Ability to manage budget and control depot costs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the depot team to ensure safe, efficient delivery of services.
• Manage health, safety and welfare of staff and those affected by your acts.
• Implement policies under the management of Area and Regional Managers.
• Coordinate resources and liaise with supervisors to optimise works.
