Job summary

HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) in Preston/Leyland is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead a team, deliver a high-quality customer-focused service, and align local plans with national strategy. You will engage with judiciary, support agencies and court users to drive continuous improvement.

You will build effective team plans, monitor budgets, and ensure staff are trained and resourced to meet targets while resolving issues promptly and safely. Some hybrid working may be possible.
