Job summary

HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is recruiting a Delivery Manager on a part-time basis to oversee day-to-day operations at Bristol Crown Court, working Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30am to 5:00pm. You will lead a team, manage attendance and performance, and champion a customer-focused approach to deliver service excellence.

The role requires strong people management, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision making within a compliance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• People management to lead a team and develop staff capabilities.
• Ability to plan, set performance measures, delegate and monitor progress.
• Able to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to convey messages clearly.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends and support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for the Bristol Crown Court site, ensuring smooth delivery of services.
• Manage attendance, performance and adherence to Civil Service standards.
• Support the Operations Manager to meet operational needs and deliver objectives within budget.
• Ensure safe and secure operation of the site and maintain high service standards.
