easyJet is seeking a Lead Platform Architect for Airline Operations to govern and evolve a mission-critical enterprise platform that supports flight operations, crew management, and reliability. You will unify diverse missions under a single, resilient architecture and lead architecture governance across teams.

You will drive platform integrity, define target models, and enforce reuse while guiding engineering on scalability and resilience in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Must think in large, interconnected systems and align multiple product demands.
• Proven experience with API-first, scalable, event-driven architectures.
• Experience governing design reviews and managing technical debt.
• Direct experience with aviation data frameworks and IATA/industry standards is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own target architecture and roadmap for Airline Operations Platform.
• Enforce multi-mission reuse and establish standard integration patterns.
• Lead architecture reviews and ensure adherence to platform standards.
• Design core layers: identity, operational data, orchestration, and event streaming.
• Champion real-time data, streaming, telemetry, and reusable AI capabilities.
