Job summary

AND Digital is seeking a Head of Delivery to lead large-scale, complex client engagements from end to end in a blended working model. You will ensure delivery milestones, maintain client relationships, and manage commercials while building high-performing teams and shaping our delivery practice.

You will drive solution improvements, oversee budgets and margins, and mentor delivery teams to sustain high performance. This 12-month contract role offers exposure to major clients and strategic impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client engagements.
• Ensure delivery milestones, quality, and expected outcomes are met.
• Identify and manage critical risks and issues.
• Track and report engagement KPIs regularly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Manage client expectations and resolve client-side issues.
• Act as the main escalation point for delivery concerns.
• Own all engagement financials: revenue, margin, invoicing, collections.
• Prevent revenue leakage and manage scope changes.
• Identify and support account growth opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate delivery teams.
• Ensure the right resourcing and skills mix for delivery.
• Drive a culture of accountability, high performance and continuous improvement.
• Provide feedback on solutions to improve our propositions and IP.
