Job summary

AND Digital is seeking an experienced Head of Delivery to lead large-scale, complex client engagements from end to end. You’ll be responsible for ensuring successful delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, managing commercials, and building high-performing teams.

You will own engagement financials, prevent revenue leakage, and drive continuous improvement across projects while evolving our delivery practice and solutions.

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Delivery to lead large-scale, complex client engagements from end to end. You’ll be responsible for ensuring successful delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, managing commercials, and building high-performing teams, all while contributing to the evolution of our solutions and practice.

What you’ll bring to the table:

Engagement Leadership

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client engagements
• Ensure delivery milestones, quality, and expected outcomes are met
• Identify and manage critical risks and issues
• Track and report engagement KPIs regularly

Client Oversight

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
• Manage client expectations and resolve client-side issues
• Act as the main escalation point for delivery concerns

Commercial Management & Account Development

• Own all engagement financials: revenue, margin, invoicing, collections
• Prevent revenue leakage and manage scope changes
• Identify and support account growth opportunities

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and motivate delivery teams
• Ensure the right resourcing and skills mix for delivery
• Drive a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement

Practice Development

• Provide feedback on solutions to improve our overall propositions
• Share methods, assets, and accelerators to enhance our reusable IP

Skills & Experience
