Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in a digital agency or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams and complex client engagements.
• Strong commercial mindset with delivery governance and revenue awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery as a business capability across portfolios.
• Ensure alignment from sales to delivery and client outcomes.
• Lead capacity planning, workforce alignment and risk management.
• Foster delivery maturity, governance and continuous improvement.
• Develop and mentor project and programme management leaders.
