Job summary

Digitas UK seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital programmes for a major client partnership. You will bring together multidisciplinary teams and guide delivery to ensure projects are on time, within scope and on budget.

You will own project plans, manage estimates and milestones, and collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive delivery excellence across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in an agency, consulting or digital delivery.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale websites, platforms or integrations.
• Expertise with Agile delivery and adapting approaches to client needs.
• Strong leadership of large, multidisciplinary teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent facilitation and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital programmes for a major client, ensuring on-time, on-scope and on-budget delivery.
• Create and own project plans, managing estimates, dependencies, resources and milestones across multiple workstreams.
• Guide and support cross-functional teams of 20+ people with clear direction and coordination.
• Manage project governance including RAID logs, status reporting, change control, risk management and escalation.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and build trusted relationships.
• Support business growth by contributing to scoping, statements of work, estimates and proposals.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices and tools.
