WSP is seeking Delivery Leads to manage high-value projects within the Defence and Security sector. You will report to the Senior Delivery Lead and lead project/programme delivery, chair meetings, write reports and manage resources, budgets and schedules.

The role involves working across RIBA stages, with security protocols, and supporting business development as the sector grows within WSP.

Qualifications

• Experience in Defence and Security sector in project/programme management delivering construction or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of MOD policy, processes and JSPs, especially JSP 850.
• Familiarity with Green Book and 5-case business case model.
• Networking within Defence and Security sector.
• Degree in engineering, building, quantity surveying, science, project or construction management.
• Recognised PM qualification (PMI, APM, RICS, CIOB).
• NEC3/4 PM qualification.

Responsabilités

• Manage high-value, challenging projects and programmes within Defence and Security.
• Chair meetings, write reports, organise resources, monitor finances.
• Scope, resource, finance, schedule monitoring, change control, risk management and client management.
• Support work winning activities and act as an ambassador for the sector.
